As of this week the Canada Post workers are on strike and no packages are moving through their system.
Unfortunately the system that we currently use utilizes Canada Post quite heavily. This means that any packages we have shipped to Canada in the past few weeks may be stuck for a while. We can't do anything to retrieve your package or make it move faster.
But moving forward we need to find a way to continue shipping to Canada. Right now that means we will have to use UPS for all packages going to Canada.
Along with this shift in carriers there will also be some changes made to the current shipping rates for Canada. This will mostly affect the smaller, lighter packages, but a few other rates have been adjusted as well.
If the Canada Post strike comes to an end we may be able to revert to the old rates and start utilizing other carriers again, but for now UPS is the only option for us.
Thank you for your understanding. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
