What are shipping costs?

For the United States:

Cheapest Option Rate: Shipping is a flat rate of $8.95 no matter what you order. At this price we will use the cheapest option available (either UPS or USPS). No requests will be accepted at this rate.

UPS Rate: If you need to ensure your package is shipped with UPS, you can do so for an additional $2 fee.

USPS Priority Mail Rate: You can ensure USPS shipping for an additional $3 per order. This is typically if you are shipping to a P.O. Box.

Free Shipping Rate: If your order total (before shipping and taxes) reaches $75, you will be eligible for free shipping. If you select the free shipping option it will be treated the same as the "Cheapest Option" rate and no requests of shipping service will be accepted.

For Canada:

Shipping starts at $10.99 USD, but the total cost is based on the total weight of your order.

For All Other Countries:

Shipping starts at $13.99 USD, but the total cost is based on the total weight of your order.

What is the condition of the figures being sold?

Unless specifically noted, all figures are loose (out of box).

All figures should be considered used. This means:

  • Figures may have scuffs, scratches, or worn edges from ordinary use
  • Figures may show slight signs of wear (i.e. faded or chipped paint)
  • Figures may have small paint transfer marks from rubbing against other figures
  • Traps may appear "faded" or less saturated in color than the images on the site (in most cases this is how they were orginally sold in stores)

However

  • All figures are guaranteed to work in the game
  • All figures have been tested
  • All figures have been reset to their factory settings
    • This includes Creation Crystals, but not Traps

Are the Creation Crystal reset?

Yes. All Creation Crystals sold by SCL Collectibles have been reset.

You will be able to choose the Battle Class for your Imaginator just like it was a brand new Creation Crystal.

Will the figures I receive look exactly like the pictures?

Not always. (But it will typically be close.)

Many of the images used on this site are stock images or digital renderings.

Colors may vary slightly on each figure.

It should be noted that many Traps and figures holding Traptanium weapons experienced a loss of color in later production runs. This is not typically sun damage. This is simply how they came from the factory and how they were sold in stores.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. You will receive an email with a tracking number to follow the progress of your order.

All orders are shipped in boxes. I do not ship in padded mailers or other envelopes. I want your purchase to arrive in the same condition that it was sent.

What can I expect after placing an order?

After you place an order, you should immediately receive an email confirming that your order was received.

Then within 2 business days (typically less) your order will be packaged up. Once it is packaged you will receive a second email containing your tracking information.

NOTE: If you do not receive one or both of these emails, please check your Spam folder.

Once your package is shipped, the timing is out of my control.

However, most packages are delivered within 2-5 business days (assuming there are no delays). The average package arrives in 3 days in the US.

Packages may also take longer to reach you during the holiday season.

International orders will take longer to arrive. Expect delivery within 1-4 weeks of placing your order. Times vary greatly by country and we have no control over the import/customs processes.

Who should I contact if I have a question about my order?

When will ___________ be back in stock?

I cannot guarantee when or if any specific item will be back in stock. Since Skylanders are no longer in production, I can’t just go to the warehouse and order more.

With that being said though, I am constantly buying more figures and the shop gets updated multiple times throughout the week. For the latest shop updates you can follow SCL Jillian on Twitter, watch the community feed on the SCL Matt YouTube channel or join the SCL Discord (a paid community).

How often do you update the shop?

The shop is updated multiple times throughout the week.

There are three ways to be notified about shop updates:

  1. Follow SCL Jillian on Twitter
  2. Check the Community Feed on SCL Matt's YouTube Channel
  3. Become a member of the SCL Matt YouTube Channel and join the SCL Discord 

As a paid community, the SCL Discord will be notified prior to Twitter and YouTube.

What should I do if I receive a broken or damaged figure?

All figures are tested in game and checked multiple times for physical damage before being listed in the shop. Then they are expertly packed with care as our goal is to get your Skylanders to you in the same condition they left our facility.

However, sometimes a Skylander’s journey to reach their new home can be rough and unpredictable.

If you do happen to receive a damaged figure (that was not purchased as a damaged figure), please contact support@skylanderscharacterlist.com and we will do our best to make it up to you.

Please be sure to include pictures of the damage and your order number in the email.

How do I cancel my SCL VIP membership?

You can cancel your SCL VIP Membership at any time right here on the website.

  1. Log in to your SCL Collectibles account
  2. From the main menu select SCL VIP > Manage
  3. Click the black "See more details..." button 
  4. Click the "Cancel Membership" dropdown
  5. Click the red "Cancel Membership" button

Can you mark my international order as a gift on the customs form?

No.

Since you are purchasing merchandise it is illegal for us to mark it as a Gift on the customs forms.

You are responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Where is my SCL VIP discount?

Your discount will be available immediately after you purchase the membership.

If you do not see the discounted prices in your cart, proceed to the checkout page and enter code SCLVIP in the "Discount code or gift card" box to get your discount.
