General Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 5 PM CT through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. These delays will typically be noted by a red banner on the website.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Within the United States shipping begins at $8.95 per order.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you place multiple orders at sclcollectibles.com we reserve the right to combine these orders at our discretion. When combining orders in this fashion we will not refund any shipping charges that have been paid.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

sclcollectibles.com ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

sclcollectibles.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Damages

sclcollectibles.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to select countries outside the United States. For a current list of these countries, please check the FAQ.

International Shipping rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International shipping charges are based on weight.

Shipping to Canada begins at $13.99 per order.

Shipping to all other countries begins at $15.99 per order.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

sclcollectibles.com will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Returned Shipments

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will ship ONE package back to you (at no charge) if you provide us with a corrected address.

However, if a package is returned more than once or there are multiple packages involved, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees we incur if you want the package(s) shipped out again.

If a package is returned to us and you decide you no longer want the contents, we will offer a refund on the cost of the items. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, duties, taxes, etc, we will offer a refund on the cost of the items. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible and file a claim with the shipment carrier.
