This week we will be shutting down.
If you've been with us the past few years, this may seem normal to you by now, but if you're new here's what's going on...
Each year in January we close the shop for a week (give or take a few days). We are still a small company and when you don't have many employees, it can be hard to take time off.
This time in January, labeled as our "company retreat", is a time for all of us to get some rest and relaxation. We shut down the shop and don't accept any orders. That way no one has to worry about coming back to hundreds of orders and customer service emails. We can just relax and come back to the shop with a clean slate.
This year the shop shut down at noon(-ish) on January 17th and will reopen on January 28th.
While my shop will be closed, I encourage you to check out the SCL Marketplace for all your Skylanders needs. The Marketplace is served by a few, hand-selected sellers who I trust to take care of your Skylanders just like I do.
I'm encouraging our sellers to list as much as possible in the coming weeks, so check early and often. You never know what might show up in the SCL Marketplace.
