It's the holiday season and that means a few things:
More Orders
Orders are coming into the shop faster than ever before. It's great for business, but it's a lot for three employees to handle.
We plan to keep the shop open and we plan to keep updating the shop regularly, but expect orders to take longer than usual to get out the door.
Fewer Shipping Days
This have a couple of meanings. First, with Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, November 27th) coming up this week that's one less business day, so that's one less day the postal service is accepting packages.
Secondly, most of our employees are taking some time off this week to spend with family for the holiday.
So even though the shop will be open and you can place orders, once again, please expect them to take longer than usual.
Rest assured when they are in the office they will be working as fast as possible to get your orders safely out to you, but your patience is greatly appreciated.
Catching Up
Even when all the staff gets back into the office, it will take a while to get caught up with orders. That's why I'm asking for your patience over the next few weeks.
There is a very real possibility that they could come back to a few hundred orders after the holiday weekend.
Other Opportunities
In the meantime though, I will be running a Damaged & Custom Skylanders auction this Friday (November 28th) at Noon Central Time. This auction will take place over on Whatnot.
If you're new to Whatnot, you can sign up here (affiliate link) to get $15 in Whatnot credit.
